DrJB.ai - AI Privacy Policy and User Commitment Statement

1. Purpose and Scope

DrJB.ai is a highly secure, private AI model built to provide professional coaches access to Dr. Blakey’s Intellectual Property (IP). This policy explains how data is handled and the mandatory requirements for all users.

This AI is designed as a coaching support tool. It is not human. It does not replace professional judgement. It does not provide therapy, counselling, or legal, financial, medical, or regulated advice. While it reflects Dr John Blakey's coaching approach, it has limitations. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and may not fully reflect your context. You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on any information provided.

 

2. Platform Security and Ethics

  • Isolation: Your interactions are isolated from the public internet.
  • Training Protection: Your data is not used to train external, public-facing AI models (e.g. ChatGPT).
  • ICF Alignment: DrJB.ai operates in compliance with the ICF’s Acceptable Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Client Protection Guidelines.

 

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process:

  • Account Data: Name and email for access.
  • Conversation Data: Messages you submit and the AI’s responses.
  • Technical Data: Basic usage logs and timestamps.

Your data is used solely to:

  • Provide access to the AI and its features.
  • Monitor and improve the DrJB.ai coaching frameworks.
  • Maintain platform security.

 

4. User Responsibilities ("The Commitment")

As a professional coach utilising this IP, you are required to adhere to the following:

  • Anonymisation (Strict Requirement): Do not input sensitive personal data or information that could identify a client (e.g., names, specific company details, or private financial data). All client context should be fully anonymised before entry.
  • Final Authority: All output is a recommendation only. You retain full professional responsibility for applying, modifying, or rejecting the guidance based on your specific client relationship.
  • No High-Risk Use: This AI is not for use in mental health crises or regulated medical, legal, or financial advice.

 

5. Confidentiality and Visibility

  • Third-Party Processing: Data is hosted via Coachvox, acting as a data processor. Coachvox is a software development consultancy building avatar-based coaching models for professional services based organisations. DrJB.ai has been configured using their technology platform.
  • Confidentiality Limits: Conversations are not anonymous. Your conversations are visible to you, and to Glen Duncan and Dr. John Blakey. They may also be accessed by Coachvox where necessary to operate, support, secure, or improve the service. All data is treated as confidential and will not be accessed without your prior permission. However, confidentiality is not absolute and may be limited where:
    • Disclosure is required by law.
    • There is a serious and immediate risk of harm.

 

6. Data Security and Transfers

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Location: Data may be stored on secure servers in the UK, EEA, or USA, protected by appropriate safeguards in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service (typically up to 90 days following account inactivity).

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content generated by DrJB.ai, including responses and frameworks based on Dr. Blakey’s methods, remains the exclusive Intellectual Property of Dr. Blakey. Content is provided for your professional use in coaching but may not be reproduced or distributed for separate commercial purposes without express permission.

 

8. Your Rights
